Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: All deposits are NON refundable. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 550.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in in our Rolls Royce and Cadillac Escalade. A 300$ Smoking fee may be applied to anyone smoking in our sprinter. Not responsible for articles left in the Vehicles. Balances to be paid to the driver on the Trip date before the beginning of the trip. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
FULL DAY RATES INCLUDE 12 HOURS THAT MUST RUN CONSECUTIVELY. GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED

 

 Rules of Conduct:

1. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
2. Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a $300 clean-up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.
3. No more than max capacity allowed on the vehicle. No exceptions shall be made.
4. No alcohol permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present.
5.NO STANDING ON THE CHAIRS OR STANDING IN THE VEHICLE WHILE IN MOTION
6.Miami Sprinter Vans chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation.
